Oriental Restaurant offers an optional transactional order-confirmation text at online checkout. SMS consent is not required to order. If you don’t opt in, check your order status in My orders. Designated employees may receive new-order alerts after an admin records their agreement.

If you opt in, Oriental Restaurant sends order confirmation texts related to your pickup orders. Message and data rates may apply. Checkout consent covers one confirmation per order; it does not enroll your number in ongoing texts or marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed; check your order on this website or call us for help.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You can also call (931) 762-5000. Text START to our SMS number to subscribe that phone number to recurring transactional pickup-order confirmations and status changes, including future orders. Use the same phone number for checkout and SMS signup. Message frequency varies with your orders. This signup does not authorize marketing. Reply STOP to end the subscription. START also removes a previous opt-out block. Signing up does not replay old notifications; updates begin with future order events. Your carrier may not support every keyword.
